it has just a run of the mill 4.11 5-speed but i change transmissions about once a year any way so it's not really a concern for me.
i don't see me using the legacy to tow in the mountians it has power but not that much power.

These were the bushings designed for a WRX with the non tapered inner sleeve....no problems yet.
you should send me the part number for those bushings i need to replace the ones on my legacy

the normal legacy 4.11 5-speeds are pretty fragile. i have made the one in my touring wagon last for a while, but i was putting in a transmission every 3-6t months when i had my 5speed svx.

ok, so i have no control over where the blend doors send the air, my car is stuck on the defrost setting, no matter which setting the module is on a/c, bi-level, etc. air still blows on the windshield.what are my options for problems/ Is this a common failure? and is it more likely the vent solenoid...

Buy Jerry's clutch type one that he's got listed on pirates. They are far more durable. You'll need to switch it over to your 3.9 housing since it's currently mated to a 3.7 but that's not rocket science. serviceing the lsd

ok, my lsd isn't an lsd any more it acts like an open diff. which is kinda annoying. i was wondering if any one had the procedure or cutaway pic lying around. i can tear the gears etc off no problem i am wondering what to expect after i pull the ring.
