How does one go about cleaning these out? Does the entire headliner need to be removed? I'm just trying to figure out what's going to be involved. Thanks.

Sun/Moonroof Problems

I'm just wondering what people have done to fix their leaky sun/moonroofs. I've had this problem for a little over a year now, but have been able to avoid the worst rain so far. We talked about it a while back on the email list, and I'd like to centralize all the information that was brought up back...

Actually, I might make five interested parties. It just depends on the cost.

I'd like to see a two pod pillar. Three gauges just seems too busy. Even a single gauge pod would be great.

Rear spoiler?

I've seen some legacy wagons that have the little rear lip spoiler thingy. Does anyone know the part number for this piece? I think it'd even out the look of my car tremendously. Again, TIA.

Spark Plug Gap?

What is the gap on the spark plugs supposed to be? I've heard at least two conflicting numbers, so I'd like to get it cleared up before replacing mine. TIA.

Yeah, that'd be awesome to replace my crappy Autometer gauge cup. How many gauges would this be for?

I have a similar noise. I don't think it's a rusty wastegate though because I'm still getting stock boost levels. I'm thinking there's some exhaust shielding bent and touching the exhaust somewhere. I don't get the sound at idle though, only under mild acceleration. It seems to disappear after about...

I'd love a drop in intercooler. The only thing it'd be worried about is the what the price would be compared to a used IC from a '93 - '96 WRX (assuming you can find one). Any idea how much they would run?

Where'd you order your bar from? Is it BF specific or is it the same one for an Impreza wagon?

Everything but the wheels. The rear end looks especially good. Just toss the wheels and throw on something decent.

I'm currently using Mobil 1 in my g/f's '00 RS. I also recently had the valve cover gaskets replaced, so I'm not too worried about those leaking, it's the head gasket I'm worried about. The other thing that I've noticed lately is that Mobil 1 has changed their formula. It seems there's only the &quo...

Oil?

Tough topic it seems. What oil should I be using on a car with 110,000 miles? I've heard all the talk about staying away from synthetics at this high mileage too, so what's the best non-synthetic? Thoughts?

Everything but the rims. I don't know why, but I just don't care for the rims. I love the body mods though. Especially getting rid of the chrome strip that wraps along the midsection and the painted mirrors. Very nice. -Brian Edit: I didn't even see the chrome strip when I first looked at it, but it...

You should also add how you fixed each problem so the rest of us have some point of reference if we ever come across it. I would add some insight into your problem, but I'm no expert. Good luck.

I agree, this site kicks ass! I'm just hoping everyone will be happy with the new format. It certainly makes searching old, archived material easier to find. Should be much better.
