To get to the cam seals you shouldn't have any involvement with coolant unless you remove the radiator. You can do them without taking the rad out but its a pain. The only time you should see any oil is when you actually remove the seals, and even then the amount that will leak out is minimal. Grab ...

Low CFM output. The small compressors simply can't meet the engine's air consumption at those speeds. Upgrading to a larger turbo is pretty much the only solution.

Take your catted DP to a scrap yard, the value of the cats will nearly pay for a brand new ebay wrx downpipe.

They are very easy to convert, just keep the a/c. I used a general r134a conversion kit from autozone and charged the system on my 93ss at work, blows nice and cold for about $20 parts.

Its usually best to keep the a/f sensor approx 6-12 inches from the turbo outlet. Ive ran both my zeitronix and aem that way with good results.

Ive got a couple of items for sale... for ej22t. (4) Con rods - great condition, no flaws. Ended up buying a few extras when i was reassembling the engine and these are the ones i didn't use. I paid about $10/ea shipped, would sell for that. (1) ej22t crankshaft - original crank from my engine. Rod ...

Yeah, i didn't realize there were two timing marks on the belt pulley and i think i used the wrong mark. Ive gotta bring my breaker bar & chain wrench home tomorrow and yank off the crank pulley to see though.

Update:

I should be more patient before making threads with my problems LOL.

After looking at some pictures online i discovered there are two timing marks on the crank t-belt pulley, and i think i may have used the outer mark rather than the inside mark, and therefore my belt timing actually is off.

I tried adding some oil into the cylinders to help lube the rings and build a little more compression.. when trying to start the engine now i get some smoke from the airbox. Since i know the cam timing is dead on (checked it again) this would lead me to believe that the ignition time is off somehow....

S...

Okay the engine is in, trying to figure out a no-start condition. Ive got the 3 plugs for the main harness plugged in by the battery, and also the 3 plugs by the pitch mount plugged in, and the body ground cable by the starter is good. I jumped the black connector by the steering column and the CEL ...
