I'd like to learn more about that '94 TW outside Olympia if Smithcraft isn't interested.

Re: Did I score OEM ski racks?
Nice, looks like it to me.
The mounts were produced by Yakima, I'm guessing the rack was too.
Are you planning to use them, or part with them?
Here is my adventure into the factory first-gen legacy roof rack.

Re: Stock Roof Rack Mounts - GUIDE
Here is a photo of the finished product. It was a pain to put the kit together and make it functional, but the lower profile ended up looking pretty good. - 1990 Subaru Legacy L Wagon - Factory Subaru roof rack and cross bars - Yakima ski rack --- Yakima Might Mounts 3V (for horizontal bolts) --- Ya...

I'd take a sunroof, and possibly a hood.
Do you know the color codes on the hoods? Looking for 947.

Re: Brunt's 92 Touring Wagon Project
Thanks for the input on the outback strut lift. I'd be interested in taking it for a test-ride if you were willing. It'd be nice to experience the results before jumping into a project like that. What does she think of the ride?

Brunt's 92 Touring Wagon Project
I started a new project today, resurrecting a 1992 Subaru Legacy LE Touring Wagon. The previous owner bought it with a funky transmission, and pulled the EJ22T for use in his SS Sedan. I bought the shell, as well as a wrecked 1994 Legacy LS (back corner hit a tree, drivetrain is in good shape). Foll...

Re: Stock Roof Rack Mounts - GUIDE
After more searching I discovered that they were in fact made by Subaru. Their part number is soa521g305. Unfortunately, I ordered the last 6 that existed in Subaru's inventory. I'm unsure if they come in sets of 4, or individually. If they arrive as 6 sets of 4, I'll sell the ones I don't need here...

Re: Stock Roof Rack Mounts - HELP
yeah, that's what i did for this season. but i usually bring 2-3 buddies with me, and there isn't enough room on the rack to get all our skis & boards on the roof right now since its so low. if the rack was higher, then i could get 4 pairs of skis/boards up there.

if your car is on the wrong side you could just mirror the image. you might be able to tell that a badge or text is backwards, but i don't think most people would even notice.

i got myself a season pass to snoqualmie this year, so i've been going up to alpental whenever there has been new snow. which unfortunately, hasn't been too often this season :/ i'm still down for a meet. i'll go anywhere, but i prefer snoqualmie since i'm all paid for there. also, i can get half pr...

How To Install A Keyless Entry System - First Gen Legacy
I went with the Universal Central Door Lock and Unlock Conversion Kit. I found the actual website of the Amazon seller, Kapsco Moto, as well. It looks like they only sell motorcycle stuff, but they do have these kits under their alarm products, and for only for $27.99 + shipping from Canada. I was a...

Keyless Entry Kit for 1990 Legacy - How to DIY
EDIT: I installed the keyless entry kit and it works great! WTB - Red Front Passenger Door, Hatch Handle
EDIT: FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED I've got a red 1990 Legacy L Wagon with a dented front passenger door. I'm not looking very hard, but I figure if anybody happens to have one to spare I'd probably take it of their hands, preferably local. I could also use a new handle/latch for the rear hatch. The s...
