yeah, fits under the seat just fine. if you drive with your seat really far forward, it'll stick out from behind the seat a little bit. also keep in mind that it will block the backseat heater/AC vents since they're located under the driver and passenger seats, be sure to leave at least a little spa...

are the 2 small plastic tabs that hold the cargo cover open going with the cover? if not, im interested in them, one of mine is broken.
