Re: Ej22t hybrid interference or not
Hey thanks for the help :) I'm essentially trying to build a 2nd motor for the car as I'd like to keep the stock engine for it in case things do go boom. I don't really think it's worth it to put new custom forged pistons in it as I dot want to get into well I'm doing this so I should do this then 3...

Re: Ej22t hybrid interference or not
Is this due to head chamber design or valve length perhaps a combo of both?

Ej22t hybrid interference or not
Hello, I have read and searched, quite a bit might I add. I still can not seem to find the answer Im looking for sadly. I have a 2005 wrx, and coincidentally, an ej22t sitting in my garage. I would like to use the ej22t in the wrx wagon, along with a td05 16g. Subaru AWIC, reworked stock wrx injecto...

Re: TD05 16G on stock injectors
OK, read you guys loud and clear, would it be possible to run the rob tune setup sans intercooler? I know that isn't optimal, but I do not have the luxury u guys do with room for air to air intercooler. I have a Subaru awic but there is going to be some serious fabrication to install that. It may be...

TD05 16G on stock injectors
Ok, so my old VF11 was or is maybe pretty beat. I got a TD05-16G from UK with 90* bend etc. This also looks like it will better fit my application, dumping the ej22t in a beetle. I was and still am planning for a rob tune once things settle, if that ever happens, have the sti 550s etc. Im just wonde...

Re: EJ20G "RobTune" Info
So I'm like 99.9% committed to getting a rob tune for my ej22t
Ive got, sti 525cc yellow side feeds, td05-16g from UK, and Subaru AWIC.
Stock heads
What kind of crank HP can I expect from this setup?

Re: Radiator Size for Stock Suby AWIC
That radiator listed is the largest that will fit within my given space that has been tested by multiple people... but on a ej22 as this is a rear engine application, so sadly I cant go outside of that specific radiator without having to have one custom made which sounds to me like $$$. The one key ...

Turbo Blanket
I just checked the search function and nothing really conclusive turned up.
But does any one happen to use a turbo blanket?
Were there any positive or negative effects from using it?
Would you recommend it?

Re: Radiator Size for Stock Suby AWIC
thanks for the threads, Ive read them over and most likely will again. Was considering this. Will need to modify it for the inlet and outlet position, maybe with some 3/4 or 5/16 connections. http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a325/Ghia109/KGrHqZiIE6934vB4eBOwmJiWUg60_1.jpg its size is 15" wide ...

Not trying to flame you or anything, just a word to the wise. I have used this stuff and love eet! However, this stuff does flake. It also is SUPER picky about the surfaces is adheres too, looks like you degreased it so thats cool. I just got a td05 from the UK. Mine has some shaft play, is this ahh...

Radiator Size for Stock Suby AWIC
Long story short, this is not going into a legacy or subaru for that fact. So this tosses out the idea of using the stock subaru radiator for the AWIC. Im wondering what size radiator I need to run the Subaru AWIC. I am limited on space. My current radiator core size for my ej22t is 12.5x2.5x18 so I...

Re: Blow off Valve Placement
Currently its the stock VF11, would love for it to be a VF22 but thats a ways on down the road as I want to run stock at first to get my feet wet. Blow off valve is HKS SSQV and I plan to recirculate it, so no fireballs of death and super rich fuel mixture. Stock boost levels for now. Will one day u...

Blow off Valve Placement
I have a rather interesting question here. I have done some research on google and cant seem to find the answer Im looking for.
