Re: 95 ej20g into 92 turbo leg

Why can't the three wire tps be integrated into the 22t setup? Is the idle switch not present in the 20g tps?

Do the 22t throttle cable's not reach over to 20g throttle body on the opposing side?

Sorry if it's already been covered but having trouble finding answers..
Thanks in advance!

Re: dankberries 1993 Legacy SS

Progress has been at a complete Holt the last few months. I've been working 7 days a week 80+ hrs a week, I just haven't had the time, energy, or a clear mind to continue forth with this project. Fortunately I'm in no rush, the legacy is still driven daily and has been very reliable. Ive put about 4...

Re: Fuel Cut problems at 4500-5k rpms any suggestions

I think I met you a few Sundays back at a nation wide meet, I was in my sr20 powered s13. Did you ever clean the MAF as I suggested? Have you checked for stored codes? Have swapped fuel pumps? Or checked the wiring/connectors at the fuel pump? I would check the spark plugs and wires, plugs are cheap...

Re: Shielded Wire Replacement

the one wire that has no shielding in pic above, seems to be called the drain wire, does it get connected to ground? I have a harness that will need several shielded wire repairs but I have not yet begun to tackle this. thanks. I can't see it in the first pic on this thread... http://bbs.legacycent...

Re: Purchasing oil piston squirters

Spoke with an online Subaru parts dealer, after my purchase of 4 washers there are 21 left in the country. Sent from my 0PJA2 using Tapatalk I imagine it should be possible to find an equivalent, I need to take some measurements and do some research. If you can perhaps take some measurements when y...

Looks like they are showing 0 available washers on partsoug.com, any other confirmed source for them or aftermarket equivalent? Sent from my 0PJA2 using Tapatalk You can try googling the parts # for the washer: 803905020 . Also RHDjapan and advanced atomotives offer a combo package of the oil jet a...

Re: Purchasing oil piston squirters

Ok, the oil jets arrived in the mail today from partsouq.com. Crazy out of Dubai, and wow, shipped out on May 1st and arrived today on May 3rd! They were a $1.15 a piece, $4.60 total, plus shipping came to a total of $15.39! They look like the real deal: http://i827.photobucket.com/albums/zz197/chri...

Purchasing oil piston squirters

Hey BBS, So I did some searching and didn't find any discussion on here where to purchase oil piston squirters, sorry if it's already been covered. So I've been doing a bit of digging around trying to find an answer. Looking through US parts catalogs I'm unable to find anything for the ej22t engine ...

I've taken my summer wheels off and put my winters on 5 times in the last two months, becoming NASCAR status at swapping wheels. 10 lugs per wheel w/ spacers, double time ;-). Good thing I decided to swap out on Friday, got a little more snow than the street tires can handle: http://i827.photobucket...

Re: Strange beeping noise...

So there's no other alarm, radio, or other sources that you could think of? Does the noise go away when you close the door with the key in the ignition? If so, it could be that the door buzzer in the gauge cluster is broken/not working right. No alarm, radio, or other sources. The noise was with al...

You won't find an exact pinout, but you can follow what wire leads to it and back out. http://i827.photobucket.com/albums/zz197/chrisdenali/Screenshot_2016-04-13-12-25-01_zpssu5urzti.png http://i827.photobucket.com/albums/zz197/chrisdenali/Legacy%20SS/Screenshot_2016-04-13-12-43-29_zpshabwnuau.png F...

Re: Intercooler mounting location...better on top or out fro

On my front mounted legacy with a td04 the lag is hardly noticeable, it also has a slightly better top end power feel over the top mounted intercooler. On my impreza I chose to use a top mount over front because I rally that car and didn't want to risk rocks/debre causing damage. Also in the event o...

I wasn't trying to say don't balance anything I follow you now, the use of bob weights simulating rods/pistons would be unnecessary for this type of crank, so as long as everything is weight matched. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Well I didn't get as much tim...

I've been interested in having the rotating assembly balanced for a while now. Care to share how much the rods and crank cost to have done? The total for everything was $150, that includes weight matching and balancing. I've seen the price range from $150-300 depending what shop you use. Because of...

Today when I went to start my car, it was making a beeping noise that I have never heard before. It's coming from the dash/cluster area. It's very bizarre and has never happened until now. I tried pushing all the different buttons(lights, defrost, HVAC,stereo, opening & closing doors) to see if i...

A key that was less likely to bend or break sure would be nice though. I sometimes struggle to get my cars unlocked in freezing conditions(maybe keyless entry is the answer).
