Perhaps a continuity tester with a long lead, and a DVM? SC I will start there and try to source the problem lead down. Thankyou for your input! im sure it was a no brainer but i am very inexperienced with car electrical systems. so any guide or sense of direction given to me helps so much! Im lear...

Re: Car wont start, tried everything I can think of.
You said you checked for fuel, did you check and see if the pump functions 100%? also do you know when the fuel filter was replaced last? Finally i know this sounds stupid but are your battery terminals corroded terribly? you seem to be adept with the mechanics of these cars and know whats going on,...

Re: WTB: Turbo legacy front harness (from ecu to engine)
Here is what I have from a 1993 Legacy Turbo Sedan. It was an auto but i believe this part is the same from auto and manual, might want to double check that tho. The 2 wires in the pic that are cut are for a diode related to the fuel system. a previous person replaced the burned up diode. The wires...

It might be missing a couple non important connectors (light or abs) Oh man i would appreciate that so much! Thats exactly what im talking abou...

WTB: Turbo legacy front harness (from ecu to engine)
Hi everyone, as the title implies I am looking for a full legacy ss front harness, the part of the harness that goes from the ecu to the engine bay. I am located in western Washington, local pickup would be more than stellar but I'll take what I can get. Thanks for your time!

Re: thoughts on e10 fuel
I dont have a boosted leggy right now but my 331k ej22e loves ethanol free fuel. Luckily the station i go to is located in my home town, i have met people from the south sound and beyond at the gas station saying they make the trip up just to get the fuel. The premium is 92-93 octane and fluctuates ...

Re: Vortech FMU for additional fueling?
There was a user on here that acheived 22/23psi on a RobTune with an adjustable FPR and an SVX MAF. The FPR was allowing him to get that extra bit of fuel and fine tune it all. Wow that makes me feel a little better about my purchase lol, thats great to know the option is there to go past the boost...

Re: Vortech FMU for additional fueling?
Hi, Looks like you answered your own question. If you have an STi/Walbro/DW fuel pump, cleaned/tested injectors, good Premium fuel (92 octane), clean MAF, and tuned up......and NO ISSUES prior to installing the Rob Tune, the tune works well as is. The tune is on the conservative / Rich side of the ...

Re: Vortech FMU for additional fueling?
Sorry to resurrect an old thread, I was curious if there's any benefit to running an rrfpr with the robtune, I bought one not doing all my research and I've come to realize there aren't any significant fuel issues with a robtune. Although maybe the rrfpr could help fine tune your afrs? But I've sear...
