I mailed the guy asking if they stayed in the up position and he said " Yes because they are in good working condition."

I'm pretty sure all the 1990-1991 visors were vinyl.

Nope. the LS Special had a velour interior which is a pain in the @$$ to clean and a pain to buy for as well as the parts are more expensive.

I believe I have an extra pair of vinyl visors I bought for $25 before I realized they were vinyl... I think they were in good working order but a little beat up with age... Would you want me to try to dig them up for you?
