FS: 21mm Front Sway Bar suitable for Non-Turbo 1990-2004

Post by rkrenicki »

Yes, I may be new here, but some of you may know me from SL-i as one of the technical admins. Since this item has probably the largest benefit for the 1st gen, I figured i should post it over here as well!

First up is a front swaybar from a 2004 Legacy. It is 21mm in diameter, and is the largest OEM front swaybar available for the 1st through 3rd gen platforms. This is 1mm larger than stock for the 2000-2002 or 2nd gen GT, 2mm larger than stock for 2nd gen non-GT, and 3mm larger than stock for most 1st gens. For reference, the Whiteline bar is only 1mm larger than this bar.

There are no bushings included, just the bare bar. Whiteline makes some nice polyurethane bushings for about $20 depending on the bushing style your car needs. $50 plus shipping ($10-$20 depending on distance)

Thats weird, I could have sworn that I put it was for the non Turbo in the description.. I guess I did that on the Whiteline bar I sold on eBay and not this one.
