this ralco short shift kit is pretty nice. i put it in lastnight and its alot more solid than my stoco one. ill put some miles on it and give more of a review. it was easy to do too. i had it in, in half a hour. http://www.amazon.com/Ralco-RZ-914841-S ... ords=RALCO

That's cool - it's hard to find short shifters for the old style linkage!

Not that hard. Kartboy makes a gc one that fits. Its more like $100+ though.

i just googled short shifter for my car and it came up. lol i didnt want to mess with doing the wrx set up. i didnt even see the kartboy one.

Lol how many options you need? I just cut up my metro shifter and welded it back together. Shortened the throw by 3 inches and dropped the knob about 1.5" for free 99!

It can probably be done on our shifters as well. Pretty easy if you have a welder or you could take it to an exhaust shop and have then weld it.
