No, I pick it up from someone on here which I'm sure it's a overseas part. I had edm fogs but wanted the switch to match to give that factory look.

Installed a home link from a early 00s Audi into the Legacy yesterday.

Wasn't finished when I took the picture, but you get the idea.

That foglight setup is uber rare, but was sold here as a dealer installed option on prefacelifts. The foglight brackets themselves screw into the license plate bracket, unlike the overseas ones.

Got back from my weekend in Tenino for Beatrsubi's Oktoberfest madness, and the beginnings of finally rebuilding my 1991 SS EJ22T!

We pulled the engine and got the heads off and have determined that one side needs it so gonna have to bore the cylinder walls slightly and get oversized pistons.

LegacyCentral Oktoberfest in Tenino: A Google Plus Autostory (also: Chris's 1991 Legacy SS EJ22T rebuild starts here!)

Need DOHC heads and intake manifold setup, and a VF39.... and forged pistons and and new bearings and head studs while I'm at it.

Actually gonna do a build journal on this one. :D

Mod Edit: Updated your link to the new url.

I've been hitting up the junkyards over last few days trying to come up with some sort of side skirts for my legacy . Its been near impossible finding the 93/94 legacy wagons w/ ground effects. Its very rare. So , I have been experimenting, at the awesome convenience of the junkyard, with other vehicle side skirts. Like today, I found Honda accord side skirt that where almost tits but it was going to Mount funny and it was broken.

I've found the biggest problem is that the cars are set down on welded together rims for stands and when they set the car down, its often at the edge of the car, right on the side skirt. Making it difficult if not impossible to remove without damaging.

But the beauty of it is that i can take side skirts off(when not sitting on rim stands) one car and test them out on a legacy that's also in the same yard. Soon here I'm going to come up with something nice.

Hit the junkyard for a wiring harness for my wife's car. Going to start the ej22t swapped gf8 soon.

Came in mail today , subaru oem JDM V.4 STi bumper and light weight bumper beam. Brand new from Subaru. Also for the wife's car.
Pretty damb excited about this bumper, I like it more than my V.6 bumper, slightly jealous that its going on the wife's car lol. Awesome deal from flat irons Subaru on sale for $200 and some change.

I changed the plugs & oil & filter in preparation to be tuned. The spark plugs look a little intersting and have some llight yellow spots on the metal part. I'll post pictures when I get some time.

Welp, i got the engine back in, and as far as i can tell, my timing was spot on. Tried to start it, and it just sputtered and kicked. Wouldnt idle at all. I'll pull the timing apart again tomorrow to give it another look. I was really hoping to drive it to work this week too.
