how to: install a single diaphragm brake booster

Post by flatoutfred »

I've used this link:
http://www.northursalia.com/modificatio ... oster.html

I took mine from impreza 95, it cost me 20$ at the junkyard.

The hardest part is to remove our stock brake booster which is, obviously, twice larger than the single one.

To bleed the master cylinder, I did like Jamal and Josh did, I bled the whole brake system. It's basically a normal bleeding except you have to pump the pedal a couples more times than usual.

Result: WOW! The brake pedal is so firm now.

Have fun!
Legacy turbo, desnorkled, intercooled, TD04, Borla catback, urethane mounts, wrx rear brakes.
