Your picture is not working because it looks as if you linked to a web page and not the actual URL of the picture itself. It's gotta end in ".jpg" or ".bmp" or some other picture extension. I tried going to your link by pasting it into a new window and saw the picture but when I right clicked on the picture and went to properties it doesn't give you the direct URL to the picture with the ".jpg" on the end of it so I couldn't post it for you.

Host it on a site like photobucket.
