Sadly don't have it anymore but yes it passed with cams and a high flow cat with flying colours. Had no issues at all with the e-test/

I'm the last person who owned it and it passed for me too
They use the 2 speed idle test here for older cars like our legacy's

Ours must be stricter since we have the California Emissions system. Hate it , only supposed to be around till Jan 2015. So I hope it passes till then !!!
