after swap it wont start!!! HELP!!!

after swap it wont start!!! HELP!!!
i am in the process in an at to mt swap on a 91 legacy front wheel drive, we bolted the tranny into place and connected the starter ,the intake is hooked up,when i go to start it , it doesnt make any noise it doesnt even try to turn over. any help would be great

Seriously.
But then again, just check for power to the starter.
Also, there is a kill switch on MTs that need to know that the clutch is engaged. I killed mine once on amotor pull and freaked myself out for aminute. Then I just bypassed it and it started right up.

no wiring done
no i havent messed with ne wiring yet and how do i bypass that mt safety switch???
Jumper pins 11 & 12 together on the B15 AT connector.
