FS: EJ20g 4 Channel Ignitor and Coils

Post by napphappy »

I have a 4 channel ignitor and a set of 4 coils that are known to be working for sale. These are from a 90 EJ20g.
I also have 4 coilpacks that may or may not be working.
Will also include connectors and a length of wire for splicing.(for both the ignitor and coils)

The ignitor case is aluminum with fins for heat dissapation. Not plastic like the USDM stuff.

Im not sure what this stuff is worth. I know the ignitor is very hard to find.

I will open it up for offers.
+$100 for the ignitor
+$50 for all 8 coils

Or trade for a 4.11 LSD :D

Too bad a 4.11 LSD is so rare that it's probably worth $250 :P

Is this the coil-on-plug setup? Can it be made to work on the ej22t's?

I dont know about this particular setup, but I "assume" they will not work.

I tried to use a set from a USDM WRX, and they didnt sit deep enough into the spark plug socket, if I recall, it was something about their shape.

I suspect these will be similar, if not the same.

Stipro is right. These coils will only work with DOHC heads.
DOHC heads have a larger diameter spark plug tube to allow for the coilpack.
