Are you asking what the desired AFR's should be, or what you will probably see?
An ideal setup should have AFR's around 14.7 at idle because the ECU should be in closed loop mode reading and adjusting values from the O2 sensor. There really shouldn't be anything you can do to modify this.
At WOT and into boost, you'd probably want around 11.0. This is assuming you have a good intercooler and your intake temps are not too high.
For what you may see on a stock ECU, at idle, you'll probalby see the 14.7. For WOT, it's going to likely be in the 10 - 10.5 range, or possibly lower.

What do you mean "what would be lean?". Anything above 11 in boost is going to be leaner than I'd want to see. I suppose you could maybe go to 11.5, but that'd be pushing it.
