Hard to explain but i hope you all can help
okay all lets start, I was making a left had turn at low speed 5 mph or so as i was turnig it sounded like the axel popped out and it made a strange grinding noise. wile the car was still in gear it went to idle rpm around 500 rpm. When i put the car in 2nd gear i got grip again and was able to drive home. when i got home i tried to do the same thing. Taking the car to my storage untill i can find time to take it in i was in 2nd gear costing down and it popped out right after i stoped accelerating. I'm thinking it is the axel because it sounds like the little gears on your axel grinding and its only on the driver side of the car. but i'm no pro so thats why i will take it into the shop. unless someone can tell me what they think it could be or what i could look into. Hope i can get some help if not its okay, i cant really describe what is happening except the fact that its a grinding sound and its only on the driver side wheel area.

Look behind/under the wheel area which made the grinding noise -- see anything loose?
jack that corner of the car up in the air. grab the tire and try to move it side to side and up and down. Any movement/slop is bad.
Try moving the axle around while in the air -- if it moves, thats bad.

I doubt that is what you're hearing. You've got way bigger issues if the splines on the axle are grinding in the hub, or the axle popped out of the hub.
Do you have an AT or MT?
Have you looked under the car to see if there's anything hanging/loose, etc?

I have looked and dont see anything, but i'll jack it up and take a better look. I'll take some pictures to and post them when i get under the car.

I'd also check to see if the roll pin is still in place holding the axle to the stub on the tranny. If not it could possibly cause the axle to slide back and forth on the stub during cornering and cause the cv joint to bind up.

it goes inside the axles on the trans side to keep it from falling off.
you will see a hole in the axle, make sure the pin is in there.

Re: Hard to explain but i hope you all can help
The CV axle will move some, however it shouldn't move as much as what was in the video. You need to verify that the axle stub is still securely seated in the transmission. If it is, you need to replace the CV axle. There's no point in trying to troubleshoot any further as you've identified something you know is a problem and is likely causing the grinding issue or other issues.
