Ordered some more 2" T-bolt clamps and 2 new 2" blue couplers for my hot side I/C piping. the old clamps are the screw style and they're beyond retirement.

Also remembered that i need one more pigtail for my wrx coils (I don't want to directly solder/expoy directly to the COP. So i'll have to hit pick and pull and see if i can find something there.

I am going to build my 22t to 20G patch harness. At first i wasn't but i just looked at all of the wiring involved wich isn't too much but it's alot of work and it's cold in my garage. So build harness in warm room, go out and wire up new coils to ecu and power and ground, less time in cold garage (sorry mike for rushing ya on shipping, it was more of a last minute thing last night.)

I still need a new under the manifold intake piece, the one i have isn't clocked right and i cut it down some when i first installed it, without those turbo to head brackets on the uppipe and the silicone hose being shorter, it pulls the turbo closer to the manifold and the elbow hits my throttle body

cj, what kit(s) did you use for your fmic?

Half of it is Greddy (02+wrx) and the other half is CX Racing

at some point, yes. A kit made for a GC8 will work best, minus the fact that most of the kits have gigantic front mounts unfortunately. an 02+ kit can be made to fit as well. If you're good with that kind of stuff, you can probably have it done in a few 2-3 hours. If you're not it'll probably take longer.

Why don't you just swap over to a WRX tranny? A lot easier to find then our turbo trannys.

havent opened it. not an ss. its out of my 94 gt wagon. figured i through it out there. its goin to scrap monday.

Might as well run an N/A trans, at least it will get you by for a minute.

im gonna put n/a gears in my ss trans to stay hydro pull style so i don't have to buy a new clutch kit.

my kit is only 4 years old.

Well I went to PnP today and looked at what they have to offer. Found a Trans and diff. No huge shavings on the magnetic drain plug so that's a good sign. Trans fluid was relatively clear so it was obviously changed sometime soon in the past. I didn't look at mileage (stupid me...) I'll have to crack the case open to verify if the internals are intact and go from there....

after 2 hours of work and some driving, My donor transmission is in my garage. Time to o to work.

Looks to me like everything will be fine (so far...) I'll mess with it some more when i feel like it tomorrow. For the rest of the evening, I am going to relax. I'm so burnt out from work and messing with this car after work, I feel like every muscle aches or burns at the moment.

If you're wondering what I am doing, I am replacing the Turbo 3.90 gears and diffs with some N/A 4.111 Gears and diffs in my SS trans so i can still keep my Hydro Pull Style Clutch. Yes I will be swapping the rear diff too... Should go smoothly.

I hope swapping in the NA gearset works out.. This will be a most excellent test case for this as a future option for others

Yeah.....that'd be pretty sweet if you can just swap the gear sets.

One word of caution is that you need to make sure the gear back lash and end play is set properly since you putting a different set of gears in the case. Shouldn't be a big deal, but definitely needs to be checked.
