Just looking for a little info about boost i hear that you can pig tall Something to increase more boost, also i would need bigger injectors at that point i'm guessing any info on those would be helpful as well
For a Ej22t )

I don't know anything about a "pigtail". My guess would be to not screw with wiring to get more boost, not even sure where to start with that. You can just get a Manual Boost Controller and you'll be set and can control it to your wish. If you go past 10/11psi you'll hit fuel cut for sure but you won't need to upgrade injectors to bump up boost. You will need a tune if you upgrade injectors.

Yeah, as Robert mentioned, a manual boost controller to up the boost to around 10 psi or so is the cheapest and easiest option that won't require injectors, ECU, MAF, intercooler, and other supporting mods.

To be more precise, stock boost at sea level is set to a peak of 8.7psi.

I hit 10-11 all the time with occasional fuel cut. The problem with upping the boost on the vf11 is that's its out of breath so fast it becomes really pointless. Get a bigger turbo and injectors/robstune and such.
Re: does anyone know how to pig tell the ECU for more boost
Yep. You basically have two easy and cost-effective builds to do with one of these cars. Not much else makes sense at this time.
1. Leave it stock, just make sure it is tuned up and running well.
2. RobTune with the following parts:
550cc injectors
JECS MAF
VF39 or TD05-16g turbo
06-07 WRX intercooler w/recirc BPV
Manual Boost Controller at 17psi
Free-flowing exhaust
Stock intake with de-snorkel and coffee cup mod
Either of these setups are fairly easy and will get the most bang for your buck. If you want more than the RobTune can give you, then it is time for a standalone ECU and at that point you should probably know what to do on your own.
