^^ Ha ha ha.

Sorry about the tangent Nico. I'm gonna be fitting the 02 WRX seats in mine too Kimo. In my 95 Impreza, they are way too high too. So I hear ya. I'm hoping that I can find a thread on modifying them to sit lower. Otherwise, I'll be hacking, grinding and welding my own brackets for them this summer. Gotta get lower and further back.

You know I've got 02 WRX seats in both my 90 Legacy and my 97 Impreza and I do not feel they sit too high. The Legacy may be a little higher, but it's not too bad. I've got a taller torso, so it's not like I'm a miget. The only thing I can say about the Legacy is that I do not have a sunroof, so I probably have a little more headliner room.

^ i to dont mind the hight on the sti seats it made me feel like i could see more of the front of the road and driver more aggressive, the problem was they weight is to much !

it is a very nice piece, its so rare to even have crossed my path i had to have it.. i go to put it on and i have no room for the oil cooler wow !!... makes me want a impreza again, just for that front flat bumper skin that could have two coolers on both sides of the car !

how about over on the edge of the bumper, oriented basically in-line with the car, and vented out before the front wheel?

You called it "product", and put "No homo" in the same statement, that's an oxymoron.
Haha, too true. I called it product because it sounds funnier.

the factory car has these bar things that hold the bumper skin to the body and its in the way, i might top mount it right under the hood scoop in the summer but will see what happens or use it for my other project.

Nice BBS's, The silver wheels and silver car combo looks great.

Do you get a lot of rub with those on there now? They look like they're offset out of the wheel wells. If you hit a bump they'd close to the fenders. They look great though. I'm sure you've got the alignment dialed in just right so they fit well.

Mine do a bit but I'm pretty sure it's just the fender liner hanging down. After rolling the fenders the fender liner is just kind of hanging down a bit. Rubs on hard bumps and hard cornering.

It does not rub in the front at all the camber in the front is set at 1.5 till I get some better camber bolts. I have the plates set to fix caster in the front on the coil overs.

Now the rears will rub if I hit a huge bump, it's becuase the rear quarter still has its lip in it, I still need to roll it. Also the rear has 2.2 camber in the rear and even with the 2004 STi bbs rims 225/45/17 it would do the same thing.

These 18s have 235 40 18, once I get my new alighment done I should have 2.5 camber in the front and I'm going to roll the rear quarters for safety.

The new rubber looks so nice. I can't wait til I get my new summer tires for my project car.

Not really feeling the canards though, but it's your car. If you like them, go for it.

^^ the new rubber feels good, so far need to brake them in I like them over the Dunlop star spec I had.. What tires did you go with ?

I don't think I'm putting on those canards, I wanted to for so long but my friends race car is having them..

Quick pic today where I'm from so hot today and so weird for Canada at this time

Nice tires. OEM radiator FTW. The canards ruin the clean look of the car.

Your car is so clean! I love it. As for me, I haven't got the tires yet. I'm thinking just some Falken all season tires, not racing tires or anything too street aggressive. The roads up here suck, and there will be rain puddles and probably frosty nights before I take those off at the end of the season, so I need some good tread.

But the Falkens (I forget the model) looked decent, and were reasonably cheap in the size I wanted. 255/40r17 I was quoted 119 a piece at a local store, and for up here, not having to pay additional to ship them makes a big difference. So I'm going to get what I can for as cheap as I can locally. It's a total budget build, so I have to scrape funds together for the items I have to buy new.
