Nope the engine coolant is way too hot. Run a cowl underneath and mount it on it's face facing down and run some vents in the hood. Is that a mouth under the bumper?

That is a mouth under the bumper skin but there is no room under there at all it's packed like sardines

I could put a huge awic under the hood but would a little cooler cool it ? How big and does it need a fan ?

I'm keeping my AC for sure in the leone.

Well the only way I can see you pulling it off with a big enough radiator is to mount it with the fins going vertically vs standard horizontal and using a scoop under the bumper to grab oncoming air and push it up through the radiator in front the engine or into the bottom of the engine. I can't think of anything else really if you are going to daily this car. If not, you could tune for meth and run meth all the time instead of an intercooler. A larger air to water intercooler is not going to work better, it's only going to increase pressure drop within the intercooler and soak up more heat under the hood.

Also I was driving to see the boys at Nvauto and I seen a gc impreza on top of another car scrap yard ! so I found the rims I wanted for a steal 250. So I sent them out to the sand blasters to get ready for the powder coating. I'm thinking world rally blue color for the rims

I am so jealous. I wish I had the time and $ to do anything remotely close to what you're doing.

Do you work at a shop or do you actually have a hoist in your garage?

Does all of your stuff pass through a pressure washer or cleaner of some sort on the way into your shop? Super clean, Nico. Am jealous.
