Atlanta: 1992 Legacy Turbo Wagon

Post by JC »

4EAT, AWD, 2.2l turbo, 194k, runs good. West coast car so it basically is rust free, it has a small spot of surface rust on the front fender. Body is in alright shape, has some dings and dents, nothing major. The interior is in remarkably good shape, the back side of the back seat is torn a bit other than that it's good. Car has passed smog. I bought the car in San Fransico and drove it to Atlanta. I've put copious amounts of money into this car and it definitely drives really strong.

Mods:

ebay front strut brace
cleared tails (they don't leak)
debaged (I still have the badges)
ghetto cleared sidemarkers

Recent work: (have all reciepts, all work professionally done)

freshly rebuilt tranny w/ uprated torque converter (about 150 miles on it, done by Aamco)
new Falken 512s in stock size (~1500 miles)
new A/C system (the whole thing)
new torque solinoid
new timing belt
new waterpump
new front crankseal
new thermostat
new idler bearing
new tensioner bearing
new knock sensor
new inhibitor switch
new plugs/wires
new front brake pads
new coolant reservoir

Issues:

Sunroof is taped to stop it's former leaking.

HVAC only works on max. It needs an A/C relay switch which the dealer was supposed to fix with the rest of the A/C but that's another story.

Driver's side seat shoulder belt (they are seperate on this car) doesn't retract all the way. It still works fine.

Passenger's side sun visor is missing. It's actually on the driver's side now, so the car needs a new driver's side visor and the pass one moved back to the proper location.

High beams only work occasionally. It needs a new switch, I have one (brand new) and will include it with the car I just live in the city and never need high beams so I never bothered to fix it.

Very small amount of torque bind, only on really tight turns and car still drives fine.
