Couple a years ago I was working in a Chevron station, Had to sell those Beast cancer Bracelets. Made most of my sales with "Got a dollar for breast cancer? You get a nifty bracelet, show your girl you care about her tits!"

Here are a few more updates:

Got some good deals on some "used parts" I love the used performance aftermarket!!

Image

pictured are a pair of Cusco braces, new rear lock bolts, new camber bolts, and some uber nice brake fluid :)

Also got some used APS intercooler pipes and couplers. They fit great!

Image

Here they are mocked up with the used Perrin big maf I got, also with my old HKS short ram

Image

pretty tight clearances:
Image

And finally here is a used Taylor battery relocation kit I got for the APS pipes, the quality is great and the aluminum box sits in there very well.

Image

I am going to be putting the wingless trunk back on here in a couple weeks, I miss it!

Looks good. Have you driven the car hard enough to notice the bracing?

I will be making my own triangle brace for the rear out of aluminum tubing and heim joints.

Nice meeting you at WCSS 11 Devan, the car looks and is all out amazing. Pictures don't serve this car it's justice guys. So that means everyone needs to go to WCSS 12, we need a bigger group of Leggys there. But don't plan on winning, Devan will be tough to beat :D

Nice deal!

You ever going to put that STi rear window defuser on? I want to know how it fits/how badass it looks!

Thanks guys! Dan, When I installed the fender braces and strut bar I felt quite a big difference in the stiffness of the front end. It tightened things up a lot. The steering rack bushings and the PSRS also helped a ton. I haven't been able to auto-x or do any track days since installing the coilovers. I plan on testing the capabilities of the car out at PIR in the spring.

Matt, thanks again man it was a pleasure to meet you. I looks forward to next year!

Aaron, I am planning on cutting down the diffuser and using it under the car. I need to make some custom brackets to make it mount like one on a 06/07 sti

Today I started a design for a filter heat sheild

Image

It will be made out of aluminum, not too thick, I still want a little flexibility. It will bolt to the stock ABS bracket.

Image

It fits around the PERRIN big maf and HKS intake very nicely!

Image

The plan is to have it powdercoated black with some gold reflective tape to reflect heat back towards the motor.

Forgive me, but what's the difference?

I looked at it for a while and kept comparing the two and the only difference I see is one is glossy and one is flat black. He mentioned a triangle something or other but I don't see it.

Hey Jake, thanks man! It was just one of those ideas I had and I gave it a shot! I'm jealous of your entire drivetrain haha! I can't wait to see the new engine setup! how's the 257 coming along sir?

D'oh! Now I see, I forgot that our years had chrome trim on them. Hmmm, maybe I need to look into doing that...

Installed a RalliTEK radiator cooling panel today! It is meant for a 02/03 WRX but it fits with the stock '91 brackets pretty nicely!

thanks RalliTEK!
