Noise from front of engine

There is this odd noise coming from the front of my friends 92 LS. The crank pulley looks to wobble a little bit. Would just replacing it be the best option?

It sounds like a very faint sound of dried beans rattling in a tin can.

It could be the bearings in the timing belt idler pullies/gear.

When was the last time the timing belt was replaced? I'd suggest pulling the crank pulley off and removing the timing belt covers to inspect the belt and pullies.

lol depending on what kinda noise it is id definitely check you timing belt, happened to me. was hearing a funny squeally type of noise thought it was power steering pump lol wasnt the pump. Turns out one of the bearing in the timing gear had gotten hungry and started to eat a disintegrate bearing until about ten were obliterated and she ceased to live. there were shards of bearing stuck in the timing belt

Awesome so it looks like I should go ahead and check her belt and pulleys. Thankfully you can get a complete kit on Ebay for around $140

some of the kits dont have all the necessary parts from ebay as i found out, you might need to hit up autozone or such. Like you might need a new tensioner and maybe some cam gear im not sure. Hows your harmonic balancer looking while the engine runs?

The kit I found seems to have it all. Tensioner. Not sure why it would need a new cam gear. Haven't heard of that one yet. The pulley wobbles just a hair.
