BOV adjustment???

Hi everyone, I would like to install an aftermarket BOV by HKS, and I would like to know do I have to do the adjustment on the BOV or just direct bold-on?

Does anyone has install an aftermarket BOV? Please help!

BTW the stock tire size is 195-60-15
and the snow tire I would like to put on is 185-65-15.
I found out the Kumho KW-15 in good price but the chart said this
tire only fits on 5.5J rims, since my stock rim are 6J.
Will it make any problems if I put 5.5J tires to 6J?

How thin it can fits on?

I have a set of stock 15" Legacy turbo wheele and now wants to put a set of new winter tires on.
I would like to put a thinner tires for snow tires, How thin can I put it in?
The stock size is 195-60-15
Can I put 185-65-15 or 175-70-15??

I has a light weight flywheele just for sell, it lighted by the stock flywheele by 10 lb less the total weight of the flywheele now is 16lb only. The flywheele are lighted and balance , the reason I sell it because my tranny has problem so I have to sell it for some money to fix the tranny problem! ...
