Yup. I have a set of the folding mirrors with switch. The switch from a GC won't work.

http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/03/22/d0183e362fb48d922985046fb194129a.jpg This is what I am talking about on the gc8 mirror change. Since I re-used my original housings on my SS I don't have a pic. If someone has a pass housing they can post that would be great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapa...

Re: power folding mirror questions
Good question. I have a few of the gc8 folders so I will take a look. But betting no. Also the gc8 cars changed out the mirrors around 97 so it would have to be an early set if it works.

I haven't tried my cruise since getting it tuned, so I need to do some testing to see if it still surges. Do you know if the SS cruise computer is different between the auto & manual trans cars? I think I remember that the part numbers are different. When I got the maroon car unfinished (and wa...

If you get a slim enough core and run the outlet on the top you might keep your fogs. But your piping routing will be challenging.
Regardless you will have to hack the bumper some.
If you don't want to do that then AWIC is an upgrade over TMIC. As long as you don't live in Texas Cali or Arizona

My white 93 SS surges while in cruise control but I do see up to 12lbs boost. The maroon SS is a auto to manual swap and the cruise computer is a NA one and it NEVER goes above 0 when on cruise. BUT it does not surge either. The turbo cars have a different part number for the cruise computer than th...

As for your cruise question: you have to use a cruise computer for the same year and transmission. If you get a n/a computer it will not allow your car to see boost while in cruise control (ask me how I know)
So you will need to source a cruise computer from a 91 manual SS

JDM parts supplier
I need to know which specific Jdm car that you need these items from. Most of the auctions are broken down
By chassis code and engine/transmission.
Shoot me a pm with the answers

A lot of that is due to changes in angular geometry and changes in material useage

What year intercooler? The 06-07 fit with the GC8 OEM STB, but the 02-05 hit the firewall so pretty much nothing fits.

I pulled the carpet to clean it as it was smelling a bit musty. I located these plugs near the passenger's knees. http://i539.photobucket.com/albums/ff358/dscoobydoo/DB906389-33ED-49B5-8668-0CE37604F409_zpspe02uo4m.jpg Can someone confirm they went to the Auto tranny computer? Re: fixing gutter seals that were not meant to last 20 years
The outer trim comes off like this: open both the front and rear doors. At the lowest points of the rubber window seals will be two small round clips. This is at the front and back of each window seal location - so eight clips in all. Loosen the visible screw at the lower left of the rear triangle r...

fixing gutter seals that were not meant to last 20 years
So i have had a small drip when it rains. It comes from between the two door seals at the corner and drips on to my leg. So i finally got pissed and ripped out those wonderful black tracks that run the side of our cars. and I find a screw missing and the foam that is supposed to keep the water out p...
