Hey all, ive recently done this...the only problem i encountered was where you have used vice grips, i also used these, but be very carefull, as u can damage the strut, especially where u have it attached to the strut. when i did my new ones, i just put some protection between the strut and the grip...

Sorted man. I had the Cat removed and a nice front pipe put in place.

My mechanic fixed the IAC ? and changed the idle a little, it was high.

Cars running mint now...just got squeeky bely noise....

nah man, it just got put on the day before, and the painter ran polyeurythane under the front part and taped it down, just for a day

u guys rock, thanx for anwsering the q so fast. its going to the shop 1st thing in the morning to get the front pipe off the turbo, and the cat removed etc... 200 NZD for the work and parts = good deal. hes gonna plug in the computer and see whats going on, but what your describing sounds like it :P...

That pictuire u put up on my thread as well. thats not low. mines lower than that right now with Cobra super low springs and standy suspension, the rims are inside guards with peeps in the back :P it looks nice, but scrapes with bumps, hence im getting new suspension this weekend, lower, but harder....
