You probably don't need new springs. I know your floaty feeling - it's just because your shocks are worn out. Replace the shocks with Gr2's like everyone recommends and you will be very happy.

Legacy is heavy PLUS you saw the effect of the heavy wagon-butt. You're right that springs from a Legacy would be better, but the best match would be springs from a wagon. Both the spring and the gas shock will seem slightly more squishy under the added weight as compared to how it felt on the GC8. ...

I found a good price on AGXs for 93-01 Impreza. Would those work for stock 90 Legacy wgn AWD?
