Thanks...I took the panel off last night, and you're right--there are two adjustment stops that limit the height of the window. These are adjusted by way of a 10mm nut.
Simple fix, and I'm now enjoying whistle-free highway driving.

Just tried raising the rear passenger window manually...it doesn't budge. Still about 1/8" below where the other rear window seats into the weatherstripping.
I'll likely be pulling the trim off this weekend to check things out. I did see this post when scanning the BBS for solutions to my problem ...

Window height adjustment?
I have a 1991 LS Wagon with power windows. My rear passenger side rear window won't "roll-up" all the way (it is contacting the rubber seal, but not seated in the little slot at the top).
Can anyone explain how to adjust the height on power windows? Is there a pre-load adjustment behind the trim ...
