Yeah, running Tein HA coilovers, nice and harsh for the bumpy roads here in Australia :P

For some reason King springs tend to sag in the rear of Legacy's. What springs did you use? replace struts as well?

The grille and eyelids are one part from G-square. I only know of 1 other of these, but your best bet would be JPN. Maybe try yahoo actions?

The front lip is custom made by someone here in australia.
