i just finished putting the stock TD04L wrx turbo onto my 92 SS last weekend, im also running a Ver II STi TMIC, if you need pictures or part numbers for the hoses i used just shoot me a PM.

i got a 15inch long peice of 2.25inch 3 ply that is fyberglass reinforced. i only used 4inches of it, where are you located? if your in the seattle area i can cut you the length you need and send it out.

ok well it took me about 1.5hours, but i have the turbo bolted in place, i ripped a coolant line so i have to go get a new hose tomarrow and make that up, also i used the wrx coolant lines, and the legacy oil lines, i couldn't for the life of me get the wrx return line to slip in, so i pulled the tu...

are you loosing oil? if you are then i would say turbo, only because the same thing was happening to me, and it ended up being the turbo after i replaced the plugs, wire, coil, fuel filter, fuel pump, injectors, maf, map, exhaust, etc.

we sell them with the grounding wires. we have ran just the wires on many different cars on the dyno, on average with a turbo car we saw anywhere from 7-15hp with wires alone not the box. the voltage box regulates the voltage and keeps it stable instead of when your ideling with no acc's on at 14.4v...

what about the oil lines? i know the return is the same, will the VF11 feed line bolt up?

and the coolant line i cut apart off the td04 and spun arround so it points at the stock coolant tank so that will work.

ok ive read through but i want to be clear.

swap a wrx turbo onto my 92 ss

use T-lego coolant lines, wrx lines work might have to be bent.
90degree inlet pipe

cut the coolant lines apart

up/down pipes bolt up i know, but should i replace the gaskets?

in perfect working condition, does have blemishes, was on a wrx and rubbed against something and it has a corner slightly rounded. sells new for about $250, also when ajusted properly it does not leak or cause compressor surge.

^ couldn't have said it better my self, and thats fine and dandy that you have sponcers, but when you have a factory tach, why would you need an aftermarket one? dont get me wrong, your car is very nice, but the stickers/tach are screaming SAVE ME FROM THE RICE MARKET
