There's no bump, no rough ride or bad handling. It's been a while since I pushed it over 70, but if I remember the thump clears over 70. As one might guess, that is not a comforting feeling.

91 Legacy sedan, non turbo has loud thumping in right, rear, wheel well when car reaches 65 mph. Sounds exactly like piece of loose tire hitting the well. But no, brand new tires made no difference. Tranny's been working real good now for some time. Jacked all four up today to check speedo driver and found out front left wheel doesn't pull when in drive. Reving rpm's caused some lazy movement. Any ideas?

Thanks, I've located the TCU and wiggling the wires will be my first project in the morn. Also, from reading old messages posted here will be checking to see if non working speedo is related.
