That's what I need, all 20 of em. If you have a set, let me know, they need to be shipped to Woodstock, NY 12498
Aftermarket ones are too long and look stupid, so I only want stock ones.

OK, as one that has boosted a stock NA 2.2, here i my view. No cels. Anyboost over 5 psi and it ran out of fuel. I would run an intercooler no matter what, even though you probably don't need it. But it is a big factor in keeping a piston together. agreed! 10psi + stock NA timing + hot day = broken...

benefit might be a strong word, a narrow gap will be harder to blow out. a narrower gap will be easier on the coils. The concept that high boost can blow out a spark is a farce, lets set that record straight. Plugs don't blow out, the ignition may lack the power to jump a spark across the dense air...

if you want to remove the canister and loop the lines you need to get a vented gas cap so the pressure can escape from the tank. Not doing so is very dangerous and will easily cause an explosion if the tank is compromised during a collision or there is a fire. the better way (and more environmentall...

I've got an igniter you can have, just throw me a couple bucks for for shipping... might have a coil pack too. test a few things 1st. make sure you have power to the coils (center wire I think) you kinda need to test for injector pulse too. If you have that, then it's an ignition problem, if you don...

if this thread is back from the dead you should post a new time Doug, I remember you being way faster than that. My old setup, 90 Wagon with a Toyota CT-26 turbo on it ran a best of high 15's at like 88-89mph. I never did put a clutch in that car. Haven't run the new wagon at the drag strip though, ...

Well, You have got to remember that psi is not some sort of universally transferable thing. 20psi on a 16g is different than 20psi on a 20g which is different than 20psi on Douglas' supercharger. It's about CFM's and not the actual pressure... pressure from different compressors will be different, ...

pulling the head with the engine in the car isn't that bad. It's easier if you pull the intake too, but can be done without (if you're doing onely one head). In any case, you'll need to pull the upper rear engine mount and jack the engine up quite a bit in order to get the head bolts to clear the fr...

lots of cars don't have the timing marks at TDC on #1, it's usualy because of tention on the cams. smart engineers time cars where there is the least amount of tention from valve springs on the cams so that timing the engine is easier. just line up the marks with the marks on the belt, it only goes ...

no, the ground would not matter if it's unplugged... one thing that does tend to go bad is the wiring at the MAF, usualy from tugging when unplugging it. I've had to fix it on a few cars. You might want to test continuity and resistance of the harness from the MAF to the ECU and check the grounds wh...

I am saying that the 430 cc injectors fit the same rails as the 270 cc injectors. ok, but that's not all 270cc injectors, 90-91 Manual trans injectors are different than all the other subaru NA injectors. The 270cc injector in your photo is a 90-91 Manual, which is the same shape as a turbo injecto...

http://www.vincentfurniture.com/photos/subaru/270ccversus440cc.jpg 270 cc NA on left, 430 cc on right. that's a 90-91 manual NA injector, which should fit the same rail as a turbo rail. If you have the same injector and it fit those rails, then his blue injectors should fit the turbo rails. Those i...
