can't i use the turbo sensors off the legacy??. and also am i gunna go insane swapping all this over or is it not too frustrating

hey im wonder what turbo i should use in my car? my stock turbo is alright but the car needs to be warmed up really well before it pulls hard and just doesn't feel as long as it should. now should i just buy a rebuild kit fot this turbo or possible put in a td04 off a wrx? i'm not planning to run it...

It is a 1995 EJ20 Turbo out of an Impreza, what if i were to use an MSD ignition would that be Ok? And also what is the parts compatibility between that 1995 EJ20 engine and the usdm wrx ones incase something on it does ever go?
