Wow, that's exactly what happened to my car.
Anyone have an idea how much this would cost at a body shop?

Mashed Frame

So I smashed up the front corner of my 92 SS and was wondering how hard it will be to cut the frame and bend it? My right front fender is smashed, and it bent the frame that holds the hood and hood latch down. This frame seems to be welded to the actual frame of the car, so it will most likely invol...

I would love to see a bumper that has some nice clean bodylines, but that has a little front lip style to it. Also, how about a bumper built to accomadate a fmic? Possibly some custom pipes for an fmic as well 8)

Oh, yes actually 18's that narrow are pretty common on little rice buckets haha. The fact that they are so narrow allow them to use a really small aspect, so they get the desired look(rubber bands). Could someone describe what exactly has to be done to roll the fenders? Rubbing occurs when the wheel...

that's true....17's look really nice.
And yea, my buddy has those exact 18 inch tires on his MR2, they're like rubber bands.(laurel)
So Phil, let's say I run a 215/45/17, will this need to be rolled?
I love the look of your wheels, definitely aggressive.
Is it really that complicated to roll fenders?

Rolling fenders

I would love to throw 18's on my 92 SS, but would love not to roll the fenders. has anyone tried a 215/35/r18 on their legacy?

I know 17's will bolt right on, but dammit, I love 18's haha.
Call it ride all you want, but a nice 18 can be classy.

Thanks for your input.

A friend of mine works for a business that does custom fiberglassing, and he saw that there was interest in producing about 20 of these hand crafted kits. This is really only a local thing, but I'm sure he would do the work and ship it if there was enough interest for profit. Anyways, my kit will be...

So let's say a body kit for a 93 or 94 legacy, that will bolt right on? And if I can find fenders, a bumper, and a hood from a 91-94 legacy they will fit right?

All digression aside, Are there any body parts that will bolt on to my car from different years of legacy?
Also, do the NA hoods have a scoop?

Actually, I'm considering bulding it up again. I just put a new engine in it, did alot of bodywork, built the tranny up again, everythign runs good. I would rather have this car than one that i don't know how it runs....and I just don't want rice! God! I checked the damage today, and due to the fact...

Well, I am hoping that I may get off on a technicality, but most likely that would only affect my insurance rate. I am not really hoping for the car to be fixed, as I don't see that happening. I did sort of run into a parked car, no matter where it was parked, so it still looks bad. My fingers are c...

Worst night of my life...maybe the best?

Last night, I was headed to a party and long story short, I wrote my car off due to a stupid mistake. First off, I want to explain the trouble I have had with my legacy. 2 Weeks after I purchased this car, the clutch went on me. I replaced this with little financial loss, but much time and effort. N...

Unfortunately, last night I had the worst night of my life, and none of this is any longer my main concern. I wrote my car off last night, and I am left with a hole in my life lol.
God dammit, this car has honestly been nothing but trouble for me, and maybe it is a good thing this happened.

See, I'm not afraid to modify, just not so much that it can't be done with hand tools and some basic know-how haha. These plug and play front lips you speak of, where might I get a hold of one? That's really all I need right now is the lip, because I am going to be fiberglassing a widebody skirt set...

Body options

Ok, I searched and found that there are no existing off the shelf body kits for a 92 ss. This is incredibly maddening. Are there any kits that can be semi-easily modified, say a kit for a 93 impreza? Can anything be modified to fit front, rear, and side skirts? Also, are there parts in Japan for our...

Oil leaking somewhere.

Just bought an ej22t with 136k on it, runs perfectly, nice compression, everythign checked out good, but as soon as I dropped it into my car I noticed some smoking from the turbo chimney-looking thing. Has anyone found a spot on the ej22t more prone to leakinghan others? I would like to be fixing th...
