Well...pulled it apart and it seems I have a broken crank in there. Right in the middle. Head scratcher for sure. Would have expected a lot of other stuff to break before this...like another five speed.

I made it @30k as a daily driver before a slight rod knock noise. Daily redlined :twisted: Have yet to take it apart and inspect it all. Built with used 25d crank and used rods. Crank only needed a polish. Acl race bearings. 20k heads. 25d head gasket. Td05. Oem oil filters and Redline 5w30 and 10w3...

Green test mode connectors get connected?
Run the cel codes while you are under there.
Id guess Coolant temp sensor failed if the fans cycling when cold

An older or weakening battery may have taken out your alt. in the first place. I caught the Interstate battery driver at work one day and he called it when I told him what battery I had. 94's are a different oem part number. No idea what is the difference between the two. Prob just the shape or a baffle inside. The pick up tube, dip stick and tube are all the same for 90-94.

Same here...happens during the winter. Ive checked the master cyl sensor and connector and got nowhere. Goes away when warmed up and sometimes messing with the ebrake helps. I thought the park brake hardware is worn out or sticking.
