Being a German Car owner, I can vouch that some stuff Bosch makes is good, and some stuff is junk. The oil filters and air filters, and most of the other filter are all junk, since they are cheaply made in India. Most of the electronics are good, like the alternators and starters (when these go out ...

I always think of this equation when asked this question: N/A engine + turbo = Big Trouble $$$ It's just not a good idea of adding a turbo to an engine that wasn't designed for one. Even running the engine at lower boost still puts extra stress on the engine. If you rebuilt the N/A engine so that it...

Thanks, it helps alot. So I am guessing that the passenger side is located in the same area. The glove box light also doesn't work, I think it has a bad switch, or something else causing the problem, but I don't really want to mess with trying to get it to work at this time... there could also be a ...

I've basically laid on my back in the footwells and looked under the dash with a flashlight, and I just can't see anything. I know they have got to be somewhere, since the owners manual lists them. I know that the courtesy light can sometimes be the hardest ones to locate, unless the specific locati...

Courtesy Light (Step Light) Location, HELP please
I am trying to figure out the location of the Courtesy Lights for my 1993 Legacy Sport Sedan. I figured out the proper bulbs that it is supposed to take, I just can't figure out the location...

I would have to say that it should come right off, as long as it wasn't over tightend. One important thing to keep in mind with any car is to change the oil often and hot. Also always use OEM filters to assure proper quality. After owning my MB for a while I have learned that after market filters ar...

I personally like the Silverstar's, that's what my brother has in his 1990 Legacy, and they have made a huge difference. I will make sure to get a 1992-1994 Legacy, when I get around to buying one. I would have to agree that the true European beam pattern is the best, since my Mercedes 300CD has som...
