I am leaning toward Part out. If I do. The only things I need off the car are the Trans, Suspension and wheels. everything else will be up for grabs.

I am confused by your question.

There is a large difference between the ej20g and any twin turbo ecu. The first is obdI and pretty simple. anything after that is OBDII and considerably more complex.

I would recomend buying a set of usdm wrx coils. The ignitor is built in so you just have to run wires from the ecu to each coilpack.(and power and ground)

I know the bolt up perfectly to Phase II heads but you may have to modify them for ej20g heads.
