I'd be interested if you decide to sell your other set.... I'll be running a TD05-16g with upgraded fuel pump, FCD and MBC at about 12-14 psi. Not sure if that qualifies as a setup that would benefit from these but I think it might... I'll have to see how Klien Kid does with his... Thanks! It is cl...

Still not sure the beni's unless your are running 20psi or something... Keith are these still F/S? Wouldn't it be a good idea to run these even in the mid-upper teens? IIRC, STis max out there injectors in the real low 20s on a VF39. Those are rated higher than these too. Another thing, some folks ...

WTB: Legacy SS

A friend of mine is going to be purchasing a new (to him) car. If anyone in the greater southwest (~500 miles from Phoenix) has a good condition/relatively low mileage Legacy SS ('91-'94 Legacy Turbo Sedan) with a 5mt that is for sale, lemme know.

Matt, did you do a lot of launches or hard shifts on it? Or was it just 'normal' wear and tear from the increased power? I'm wondering if I could just be nice while shifting and make a stock replacement last a while... Hey, congrats on the new Legacy :D No launches or hard shifting. Just normal wea...

I'm running a jdm 4.11 tranny now, its held up for about a year and some change, i ran a t-leg case and 97 impreza gears before that and it held up for about 6 months then 2nd gear blew, and before that it was an automatic which i stripped the pinion shaft teeth off of. I had one of those two, but ...

Dang man...what are you puttin' down? 400?

I'm not gonna have near that btw...I'll prolly set it @ 10 psi to be really safe (12-14 on very rare occasion).

You said you used up most of your extra trannies...have any left you are looking to sell?

I need the metal coolant line that runs from the bottom of the block into the heat exchanger above the oil filter. Rust has eaten a tiny hole in mine. This is for a '92 SS.

I searched rallysam...could not find anything. I read about people running 12:1 AFRs in the Legacies (which would not be good on an STi), and I also don't think the Legs can handle 1600+ degree EGTs.

So, any help is appreciated.

I dunno about seals, but I use RBF600 in my STi and it seems to work great. ABS seems to function the same as stock...but I've only seen light ABS on a couple occasions.

I got a WB02. (AEM EUGO). Well, I know where the values should be for the STi, but was not sure if they were different for the older leggys. (AFR optimum ~11:1, max egt 1650 +/-). I did try some searching, but only found 'this is where I am at' type stuff, not ideals and maximums. I'll look for char...

I used M1 full synth in my old WRX, and had noticable shearing after 2k miles. It felt great when new...so is prolly a good oil for 1.5k to 2k OCIs. Although it is not within the rec. spec range in numbers, German Castrol is known to be a very thick 30 weight, and just an outstanding oil...I would c...

Compared with what other people have said above, I do think it would fit. That being said, I would be more concerned with running a 235 on a 7" wide rim...that's gonna be a squeeze on there. If you are just going for a look, then go for it. If you are wanting better handling, you'd be better of...
