I have aquestion about the Torque Chip.I would like to know what kind of power gains came of it? Pros and cons? If anyone dynoed the car before and after the chip? And what mods are done to the car?

I'm looking for some help with mod ideas. In the near furture I want to start putting mods on my '93 Legacy Turbo and reach 250hp. What mod combo will best get me there?
