What's the worst gas mileage you've gotten in your Legacy?

I think you would be hard pressed to beat me. I just filled up yesterday. Put in a bit over ten gallons of gas after driving about 135 miles. Came out with an average MPG of 12.8. This is with about 75% highway driving! I have a 318AWHP Eclipse, V8 Camaro with gears low enough that it runs a...

Why do you have a picture of your steering wheel turned 90 degrees to the right at what looks to be 50mph?

Just for my information, is the stock CD player a single cd player or is it a 6-cd player like the wrx units? It's a single din....it sits underneath the stock tape deck and plugs into the back (I'm guessing there's a pocket there or something if you don't have the optional CD player). Bump...annnd...

Is this for the TMIC to TB? I would think 2.75" would work fine. 2-5/8" was very tight...I was actually unsure if it was going to work at first, but the silicone stretched enough so it fit without any problems. Personally, I'd recommend not going with the hump hose. The TMIC outlet more or...

Good call - I found 2-5/8" to work best.

Here's some info from my WTB thread in the part's shed:

It was a little tight, but I managed to stretch the coupler over the throttle body and TMIC outlet. Ran it like this all weekend without any issues, so....it works! :D I would definitely go with 2-5/8 over 2-3/4.

**UPDATE**

Well, I installed the HKS SSQV last night and took the car for a spin. HOLY-S***! Running atmospheric, this thing is LOUD. I've got this BOV on my Eclipse running recirculated and I can't believe it's the same unit. I only drove the car a mile or so, but I love it. Time will tell whether or not I ge...

Bump for a stock swaybar...and a stock muffler that makes my buddies 2000 2.5 RS stock muffler look like a pea shooter. (He was actually going to use mine had we not been in the process of putting on an aftermarket one for him anyway). EDIT- CD player added as well. All packaged up and ready ...

I need the little clips that hold the headlights together if you have 'em. Subaru only sells the headlights as complete assemblies, and I'm missing a clip on one side. I'm starting to get some condensation inside but not willing to pay whatever god-awful price a new headlight is.

Well do you care if you go Atmospheric or not? I honestly think that APS one would work damn good, but you can make a similar contraption for much less. When I get my IC I think I am going to make my own. If it works out maybe I could make a couple more and give them to guys on here. Yes, I'd very ...

Yeah, I don't think those will work becase they use the stock WRX recirc fitting which angles straight into the CC cable, if not the TB cable as well. :(

Plus in all honestly I love the sound of an atmos dump BOV. If it's going to cause drivability issues then to hell with it, but I've read good things on these boards about guys running atmospheric with the HKS SSQV or the Greddy Type-S. Also, I just put on my new 3" SS cat-less TBE and I'd love...

Hmmm....Well, it looks like that's off a WRX, but I guess they have the TB and CC cables on the other side. That does give me a good idea of how it comes off the TMIC, though, so the pic helps in that sense. The deal I got is on a complete kit - SSQV with the flange, so I should have everything I ne...

several guys up here are running the hks, and as far as i can tell, it's the loudest one out here. my blitz has 2 settings, one low and one high. the low one makes almost no noise. the high one, makes the typical "pshht" noise. not too overbearing. the hks ssqv whistles, unless you do the...

I believe it's 2-1/4". North Cali is pretty far from CT, though. :? I'm thinking I might just order from www.boostcontroller.com out of NY who has "same day shipping" and hope it gets here by the weekend.
