well, yes and no... i checked it when I first noticed the clunking; it was fine. i'll have to check it again next time i'm in the garage. the noise has gotten worse since then.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead but i have a question and don't want to start a new thread.

My crank pully wobbles like crazy, but the bolt is torqued. i pulled the pully off wile doing the headgasket and the key looks fine aswell. I also didnt need a pully puller to remove the crank pulley ...

I did search and I searched and then i searched some more, then i asked questions. the posts I found didnt answer my question completly nor were the situations close to what I am experiencing.

I didnt find oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil. I finally got it insured and drove around for a good hour. i let it cool down to check the coolant. the coolant level was quite low, i had to put in atleast a litre.

as far as repairing it I'm sure its somthing I can ...

great Idea, ill clear the ecu and see what happens.
