Usually Im not a mile away from the 880 and 84 interchange. I usually take 92 going home. Id like to have you drive my car and give feedback, Im so used to it now I cant tell anymore. Depending on when we get together I may have different rear springs (15 pound increase, 1/2 inch drop) new rear stru...

If we had locked differentials, or open differentials it wouldnt be so bad. With open you it wouldnt even cause an issue but performance wouldnt be so great. The problem is worse on the 4eat. With different size tires you are constantly slipping the clutch. At least in the 5mt you are only heating t...

Just make sure you DONT turn it more than 1 turn at a time. If you loosen it too much you run the risk of the band popping off the solenoid and you will loose 2 and 4. Ive done this on two legacy by myself but a freind would probably be helpful. Its easier to adjust from the underside of the car usi...
None of the synths are fully synthetic. Most of the time they have the 80%+ of the lab created molecules then 15%- of dino that also has all the additives. I have seen both the high mileage and the new car formula around here. Usually the 10w-30 is high miles while the 15w-40 and others are new car....
Fully synthetic 10w-30 Mobil 1. If you'd like, since you are local I will show you my car which is currently on about 4600 miles since last oil change and the oil level has dropped maybe 1/8 to 1/4 inch max..... Btw I have almost 150k on the car and I drive it very hard, I used to autox and now I pr...

STI strut tops
What parts does this include? I assume spring seat, cone washer and bearing/stud plate.
Anyone currently using these? I guess z1 is still the best location

Legacy Air suspension and XT6 air suspension
I have a chance to get a very low mileage xt6. The biggest issue is a non functioning air suspesnion. My question would be, is the air suspension from the legacy and xt6 the same parts? More specifically I guess I want to know if I could use struts and strut tops from a legacy? I guess it wouldnt be...

? You could always undue it. Realize this is a normal adjustment that was probably meant to be performed long ago. I recently bought a sedan with 147k miles and this was one of the first things I did to fix it. You are right that it can be broken by improper adjustment. However this doesnt come from...

I have a similar driving pattern, Im happy with my 78 dollar kuhmo exsta 712. The greatest part about these tires is that they have a better rating on tread compared to other tires with similar traction. Rated at: HR 360 VR 340 ZR 280 with traction AA and temperature A These are directional tires so...

I remember reading a TSB relating to this type of problem. They have the tech check all other items and this is basically the last step. From what I understood is that the sensor can fail in a way that the car will always run with higher than normal emissions since its expecting a different density ...
