Hey thanks for the input, It is my understanding that it should give a bouncy reading but should it bounce to the extremes like it does. For some reason I thought it should be boucing in between .6 and .3, I could have got the wrong info though! Maybe the rough Idle is due to something else than huh?

Timing correction question
Using vrg3's scan tool, the timing correction stays at 0 degree's all the time and my timing is 20 degrees btdc, I quess the question is, is that normal and could the correction staying at 0 cause low idle when in gear? Any thoughts would be great! One other thing is it normal for the voltage at the...

I actually worked for Auto Meter in Pleasant Grove Utah when I got this tester. Your scan Legacy 92
Hey everyone,
I am looking for some results from your ECU scan, I would like to compare my scan to yours, to verify proper engine performance! Please verify if your 92 legacy is a turbo or not.
Thanks,
Dan

92 AWD legacy ? about Auto trans input sensor
Does anybody know what the scan program reading should be for the auto trans input switch? Mine is reading off all the time even when in gear(reverse and drive etc..), I do have an auto tranny I would expect to see a change but I am unsure!

Here is my two cents on the rich running. If the o2 sensor is not working the ecu could be seeing a low voltage (lean) and opening the injectors longer. If the MAF is not working properly the ecu could be getting a signal that indicates lots of air thus trying to compensate by keeping the injectors ...

Can vrg3's scan program work with out parallel port?
I am wondering if anybody has got the scan program to work without using parallel port. I have a parallel to usb adapter and use a dell laptop with no parallel port! Can somebody shed some light on my desperation!
