WTB: intake manifold

i need a Either 20g intake manifold. Or a phase 1 straight bolt, big port intake manifold. either or would work. i dont need any of the stuff attached to it. just the manifold. No IAC, NO injectors, just bare.

check to see how much vacuum you have at idle, and then get an idea of what rpm (500-1000) and what your vacuum reading is between those ranges. sounds like a bad IAC

well they way their CAD drawings were laid out. looked like they made all that stuff, But something is telling me that they stoled some of the design. To do something like what they had probably looking at 5k 'ish. With a little ingenuity and patience i bet you could fab something 500 bucks er so.

ECT sensors love to be replaced. does your IAC have coolant lines going to it? did you replace your thermostat when you flushed it. really not much of this makes much sense, but its a place to start

just make sure that when you are blowing all that dirt and debris out, that nothing gets on a open tooth on the timing belt or cam gears. A small rock or pebble could tear that belt make it jump a tooth. I have seen it happen. I suggest using a shop vac before you go blowing all that dirt and debris...

I dont know much about those older turbos, but i do know that if the turbo in that thing hasn't blown yet, its close. here is a link to a company that makes adapter plates for a EA motor to a newer style EJ motor. Other than wiring this is the biggest thing you would need. http://offroadingsubarus.c...
