it may be the neutral switch. My car did it when i did AT to MT swap.

i just threw mine out and plugged the holes since it doesn't really do anything.

I have a EJ22 block out of a 95 outback sitting here. We pulled the motor out for a wrx swap. It has about 210k. Crank and knock sensors have been removed. $500CDN+shipping.
