ok, it's not very clear in there, but it looks like "B"= Subaru and the "C" or "F" are the body type (4dr sedan and wagon respectively) and the JF1 is another way of indicating Subaru (as Fuji Heavy Industries) so a (JF1) BC6 is a Subaru 4dr Sedan with the 2.2l engine
