Hmmm, I have no idea Kimo. If I were you, I'd just get a nice short ram intake for a WRX or STi and call it a day.

I'd try a WRX or STi air box. They have the same under-the-manifold intake setup.

My friends and I dropped an engine/tranny combo into his GC once. We just jacked the front end of the car up to allow enough clearance for everything. Also, like Kimo mentioned, an engine leveler is a must for this.

Ah! Very creative. So could I go to a junkyard and pick up one of those resistors from an automatic and do the same thing?

Josh, I looked at the pictures of your MBC install. Did you completely unplug and remove your old BCS? If so, did it throw any codes?

Go back to atmospheric, gives you a little more power AND it scares the Hell out of anyone with their window rolled down

Forgive my ignorance, but the boots will tear just from sitting around for too long? Is that only if the joints are hanging down or something (which would put stress on the boot)?

Oh. My. GOD! Fucking amazing. Took me about 3 hours to do, but damn was it worth it! Boost is ROCK solid. It instantly spools up to 18 PSI and holds it steady. It used to spike up to 20-21 PSI then 'flutter' around 18 PSI. My butt dyno is definitely telling me that I have more power, I would assume ...

The car wouldn't run with 550's. It would simply inject too much fuel and flood the engine.

The hose needs to be formed in a mold. The generic hose you get at a parts store was create in a straight mold.
